That's exactly the kind of thing I need to put together, thanks for the pics!

Oh, I know, they went pretty over the top, but its INFOtainment... there was a good bit more milling footage that didn't get into the final version.

I enjoyed watching both clips! Wish I could understand German. Maybe at Christmas when I visit my dad I'll see if he can translate.
It was interesting that you didn't completely cut the knife blade from the surrounding metal with the Haas. Why is that?

I leave about 0.05mm so the part doesn't twist or fly around and get ruined or break the cutter when the cutter reaches the end. Then I break the part out and it's done.

That's one company that goes in my bookmarks, do you know if they sell directly or can you suggest a US dealer for their stuff?

Default distributors

At the top of the web page they have a pull down called distributors.
I only see U.S. companies there, but I am sure you are able to find
one that will ship.

Here is the distributor link.

http://www.tricocorp.com/distributor/distrib-us.aspx

It looks like at the top of each picture of the items, you are able to order from there also.

Kevin, Is that an image of you in your avatar? If that is you then you don't look the same in the video. Reason I'm asking is because the image in your avatar looks exactly like me about 20 years ago! In fact it could be a twin that I never knew about. In the last 20 or so years I've become uglier and fatter and don't look exactly the same though.

It's like that Star Trek episode where there were TWO Captain Kirks and one was EVIL... now the question is: which one of us is EVIL KIRK??
