I just obtained a Haas 7" Black box rotary table and controller that is not working properly. I can power up the table and jog it in both directions a short distance then it alarms out. I removed the belt that drives the table and attempted to turn the pulley by hand but it is very hard to turn. Seems like the brake could be on and not releasing. Is the brake always on and needs the air to release it or is the brake off and needs air to engauge it? I don't have a manual or any paper work for it. Any one have a manual they could share or a parts list and drawing? I am open to any ideas you might have that could be of help. This is the pre HRT series. Thanks
