Hello,
I just change my Z axis encoder purchased through SequoiaCNC.com and received excellent technical support with Brian through email. Everything is working now but...
1994 VF1, brush servos
The since I replaced the encoder the machine lost Z home position. I played with the Z axis grid shift so now it homes out when I press the start up button. The tool changer works like it should with no tool in the carousel. With a tool in the carousel I have and issue. The Z height is off and the carousel hits the tool holder low so that the V flange doesn't mate the changer correctly preventing the carousel from completing it stoke.
Any help fixing this would be great
Thanks
