I have not been able to get in touch with my tech Ray, I am looking for some suggestions on how to diagnose a 175 Alarm. Any help would be great so I can get some parts ordered today and hopefully be back up and running on Monday.

Alarm #175 Ground Fault Detected

I have tried to do some research and from what I have found, I should start disconnecting externals at the IO PCB board to isolate the issue? Being that I have yet to did into that part of the machine I am a little apprehensive.

It appears to be something after the Y axis board and the Y axis motor. If I don't find a issue with the wiring harness, how do you test the serve motor? Its an older brushed system.

Pulling this completely out of my "kazoo". Why not try cleaning out the motor / brush / commutator? I do know brush residue can cause RF interference in RC cars, just a thought.
