04 sl10 front panel removal

hey all,

i'm trying to get at the sump of the sl10 to clean it out as it is really nasty :bawling:

my question is how do you remove the front panel to get to the sump or is it even possible. removed the scres around the periphery but something is still holding it to the machine.

This is a terrible job. The auger, auger motor (if so equipped), and all of the sheet metal in the bottom of the machine need to come out. Haas added a clean out basket to later machines. We obtained one and retrofitted it to our machine. This could be an all day job. Good luck.
