Vector drive P17 output

Can anyone confirm the correct polarity on P17 coming from a 20/15 vector drive? I have around 3.1 volts, with red positive and red/white negative, which I suspect is inverted, perhaps a hcpl7800 IC issue, who knows.
 
You are correct. Red is the ground and red/white should be positive. The voltage should be 1% of the DC buss which you can measure on the terminals 2 and 3 of the vector drive.
