Thread: vf2 unbrella tool changer

Running older Haas vf2. Tool changer alarms out at both ends. When it picks up a tool, it gets stuck. Then when the tool changer return, it alarms out. It goes both ways jerky. I've cleaned the track and replaced the limit switches.

Check the motor brushes. Check to see if they are badly worn or stuck in place preventing good contact.
