I'm not sure you can. I just tried it with copy and paste. My picture showed in my Reply window, but was gone when I posted it.
If your picture was already on a website, you could do it by copying the URL. But if it's on the iPad, I can't find a way.

I figured out I can post a link to show the pictures. I downloaded the photobucket app . Then I started a new album for the pictures I wanted to show.once I got the album done I hit the little mail symbol in the top right corner . It brought up an email with the link, then I copied and pasted the link in my reply. Hope this helps someone out.
