Hendey Tie Bar Spindle fix

Hello everyone,

I am finally fixing the old Hendey as the shop has slowed done some and gave me a little extra time. The spindle will lock up if any pressure is applied against it, what route do I need to go so that I am able to tighten the spindle up but not lock the thing up?image2.jpgimage3.jpg

Sounds great, I have it completely disassembled and was believing it was the thrust washer but wanted to double check.
