I'm new to the forum in need of some help. I am finishing up a restoration of a Logan 200 10x24 lathe. I know it didn't come with a QCGB but at some point before I got it someone fitting one to it. But the gears on the left side of the lathe are not correct such that I get the correct thread per the QCGB. Can anyone tell me what the order of gears should be? I have A large selection of change gears so I think I have what I need, just not the order. This is what the lathe was running when I bought it but it is not correct. Thanks for the help

Set the gear box to cut what ever thread you have on your lead screw, ex. 4 tpi screw and 4 tpi on gear box. Then you just need to make the lead screw to spindle ratio 1:1 with whatever gears that you have.

Thanks guys. What I didn't get from that picture is that I have the first option (PRIOR to ....) but it doesn't have the screw gear labeled. Finally got it to work with a 36T stud gear and 72T screw gear. Seems all good to go now! Thanks
