Clean low hours Alzmetall AX 2/s drill press. I got this out of a French aircraft manufacturer when they closed up a manufacturing facility in Everett, Washington. They told me at the time it had had very little use, and that they had bought the machine new in 1996 for $4150.
It has 2 electrically selected speed ranges which cover the range 250-5600 rpm (no typo, really 5600 rpm) with continuous variable speed. Spindle goes forwards or backwards, two speeds each way.
1 hp 3 phase motor wired for 220 VAC. Has an integral motor controller with no-volts release capability. Has an auxiliary outlet for coolant pump or machine light et cetera. Plumbed with flex hose and nozzle for flood or mist coolant or compressed air, never used. Table has coolant drain with chip screen.
