Bridgeport CNC mill with an Ah-ha retrofit system and DOS-based BobCAD CAD/CAM installed. Very easy to draw and program 2.5 dimensional parts.

It can do helical interpolation with full arcs (thread milling). It can not cut partial arcs with a Z-axis move. It can make 3-axis linear moves.

4 hp 3-phase spindle motor. Inverter mounted on back so it can run on single-phase hookup.
Over 40 NMTB 40-taper tool holders. Very stout!
Power draw bar.
Electronically controlled spindle speed. Not programmable. (M3 will not start it from the program)
Pneumatic spindle brake.
Travel: X 30" Y 14" Z 11".
The Z-axis is an air-assisted knee. The quill does not move.
It has a flood coolant system.
The footprint is approximately 7 x 7 feet. It is 107" tall.

It is currently under power for demonstration.

I have been running this workhorse for almost 25 years. It's time to move it out so I can put a CNC lathe in its place.

I can load this onto a truck with my forklift if needed.
