I represent a manufacturing startup that due to a change in plans has an unused Dell T330 Server, Installed M1 software, and Training with installation that they will not be able to use. See full details below.
There was a 50% down payment made. Therefore any buyer would have to assume the contract by assignment thereby assuming all rights and obligations. The obligations include the remaining balance of $18,528 to be paid to ECi M1.
As an incentive the seller is willing to offer the system at a substantial savings to interested parties. The seller's initial down payment (50% plus sales tax) was in the amount of $19663.81. The seller is asking $10,000.
Delivery can be arranged for a reasonable fee to locations within 3.5 hours of Grand Rapids.
