I have for sale my Jet 1340 lathe. I got this machine brand new at the end of March 2017. I used it off and on for 2 months just for fun while i was still in Gunsmithing school. Then I had a small breakdown and waited on a part to come in for 3 months while it sat, unused in my shop. I then moved to San Antonio, TX for a Gunsmithing apprenticeship with Speedy Gonzalez and I had to buy a new lathe to match his that were already in the shop. Long story short this machine has been in storage unused for about 10 months in which i just recently got some time away from the shop to get the part on this week. The machine is ready to run and cut now! It is just a payment I do not need anymore.
-It has right under 30 hours of run time
-Comes with Newall DP-500 DRO (wired and installed by the factory)
-Comes with all the original tooling and paperwork
-Also comes with Shars quick change BXA tool post
-I will deliver to within 250 miles with fuel compensation
-It is currently at a moving company with direct access to forklift and can load onto truck/trailer
