WTB Snow drilling/tapping machine

I see they made quite a few different type/model/styles.

I want one of the simple drill press looking types, model size #3 or #4 I believe.

I would like to be able to tap 5/8" - 3/4" in mild steel or therabouts.

I have a DR-3 that I could part with. The only problem is I'm in Colorado and shipping would be likely be expensive.
It's has a 1 HP 2 speed motor, with 4 step pulleys. Speeds are 1330, 1060, 840, and 660, and 1/2 of those on the low speed.
I've drilled some holes but never tried tapping with it.

You'll probably find something closer but I'd be pretty reasonable on price.
