here is a SB 16 that I have for sale
south bend 16x6 lathe - tools - by owner - sale
It is a running, 3hp, 3 phase lathe that came from a business that was in operation. Cross slide hand wheel is a little tight to turn, and there is a chip in the front way right under the spindle. It doesn't have any affect on accuracy as far as I have been able to measure. Ways appear to be hardened, though I haven't confirmed. Will need a belt.
Willing to load for you with my forklift, or deliver within 150 miles for the right price.
