Most of the manuals that Dennis has posted are also hosted by Vintagemachinery.org. The Cincinnati stuff is here:

But there are literally THOUSANDS of other manuals, brochures, etc., so take a few hours and browse through it all. The emphasis is more to woodworking machinery, though metalworking stuff is catching up since they were added about two years ago. Also, at the moment, only USA based manufacturers are represented. All of the manuals are freely downloadable and are all in PDF for easy printability.

Disclaimer, I'm one of the moderators for manual uploads.

I was never able to locate a 2ML manual on the internet for the taking. Here is one that you can purchase:

Cincinnati Milling Machine Nos. 2ML, 2MI, & 3MI Service Manual Parts List *384 - FaberSurplusManuals

At 154 pages, it sounds to be complete.

If you decide to get it, consider scanning and posting it to Vintage Machinery.
