FS: Moriseiki lathe

Offered for a friend, Moriseiki MS 1250 lathe. 17X50, 5hp 220/440 3ph, inch-metric threading, 32-1800 rpm, A1-6 spindle w/2" through hole & 10" BTC 3 jaw chuck. Very clean & in excellent running condition with no mechanical problems. This lathe was gone through 3 yrs. ago by someone who knows Mori's. Can inspect under power. Does have minor bed wear in the first foot. $6,800. If interested, send an e-mail or pm & I'll reply with his contact number. My home shop consists of 13 Rockwell machines. I started my business out with a few of them & they served me well. The Bridge City Tools clock is a keeper as it was a gift from my late wife but the car club plaque could go away. Send me a pm & we'll see if we can come to terms.

I ran a Mori manual lathe similar to that years ago.....they are a nice smooth running machine.
