Jeez Don, I wouldn't have asked about it if I had known you were so interested. WTF is it? I have a 1.5" screw machine job that just consists of parting off .235long discs. It has been keeping one of my cnc's too busy for what it is. Maybe you have something for me?
open to suggestions

The EMI might be a 1 inch bar machine, I have to follow up on that. Anyways, some people like pegboard controls, simple and direct, they look like something I would of built in high school, motorized rotary switches, etc. EMI still re builds and sells these, and I suspect this is a pretty productive machine for the right job like cut off and champer.
I double checked the EMI, it is a 2 inch bar machine with a 10 ft bar feed. Model 4S.

Wish my shop was big enough because that would be a real nice addition to my shop.
