Trevor, I do not have any bobweights (accesories), the machine has every thing included that you need to balance most general items, special weights are needed to balance things like crankshafts. It has Stewart Warner raise and lower trunions wich accept a pretty big range of diameters. I can get an opperators manual pretty easily. I personally can not train you on this machine, my knowlege is limited. My dad's company upgraded and gave this to me. I had planned on using the base, motor and control panel for constructing a bowl lathe; however I decided to see if someone else could use it for its intended purpose first. I can however plug it in and post a video on youtube for you.... I will post pictures tonight when I get home.
