Takisawa lathe, MAX-800 Deluxe - $2800 (Mountain View, CA)
Excellent condition, very heavy duty lathe. Made in Taiwan, 1976. Massive bed construction reminds me of Mori Seki. Comes with steady rest, set of change gears for threading, 5/8" capacity Jacobs tail-stock chuck. Foot operated brake. Ways are in great shape, measured very little wear. Forklift to load into your vehicle no charge, or delivery possible for extra cash.
