Thread: Want to buy- Logan 11" lathe

I'm looking to purchase a Logan 11" (9 series) "short bed" lathe. Not really
looking for a project but a decent solid lathe. I'm located in the SW part of
the country.

I dont know why you would want one of those but Als machinerey here in Tucson has one or Two of them for sale. They are not very good lathes but he does have some you can give him a call at 520-576-2774

I was under the impression that the Logan's were similar in quality to the South Bend's. I basically need/want this as a second lathe requiring a small footprint with a spindle bore of more than an inch. I have a Nardini that I use for most of my work.
I appreciate the info and will call Al's.
