I believe member UglyDog has one. Not sure he would sell it, but he may know where another on is as he does a lot of research on used machinery/

My question would be what flavor of Toolmaster do you want? They made several significantly different versions. My 1-C was entirely different in design than say a 1-B, or one of the french DD. Or perhaps it doesn't matter. In any event, it would help to know this information. As a former Toolmaster owner, congratulations on deciding to look for one of the good choices! I'd consider owning another one, if it were in good shape, or could be reworked by an expert.
