i'm in charleston and i'm sure your aware but there isn't much here in the way of machine tools or their accoutrements. i'll keep an eye out for you but 9" may be a little smaller than the stuff i'm typically on the look out for.
you are checking cl daily right? there was a nice short bed 13" leblond recently, VERY well tooled up that sold for just over a grand if i recall. still kicking myself for not getting it to swap out my small leblond with.
