8 Mill to buy a company thats $70,000,000 in debt ?
who has to pay off the debtors ,if they want to continue to deal with suppliers ?
Sounds like a good deal for the employees to maintain the good paying jobs , but at the expense of bonus/ incentive plans .
What am I missing here ? Government money ?
I would feel better knowing a few hundred guys will continue to get a paycheck , than to read about the banker bonuses on wall $treet .
