Made in China Labels

Anyone else noticed how the mandatory "country of origin" label for many items "Made in China" has changed from an inconspicuous and easily removed piece of paper to a bold cast or stamped brand? Charles
 
Our family is in, effectively, the cotton business. Cotton is "gone" here as industrial material... China affects - positively - what we and the farmers get...

Funny.. All the us subsidies for cotton serve to help China and other contries get it cheaper. I guess that is ok... :>

Do you remember long ago after WWII and stuff started comming from Japan... it was CRAP... some of us still hold that opinion, but to make it seem ok the label said MADE IN USA.. actually it was made in the town of Usa in Japan.. Ya think the Chinee will try that trick?...nah dont need to, Americans aint that dumb, but they do scarf up the junk at wallyworld... lol
