    Dunno. Context maybe?

Why would my G'G^9th or so G'Father serve - twice - as Sheriff of Nottingham and have no issue that HIS G'father served - more than once - as a "Robin Hood" (a church charity honorarium).

Context, not old movies, radio, and Tee Vee shows.

Leonard Slye - the real-life actor who PLAYED "Roy Rogers" was a gentle and tolerant man.

With loader and box blade close to 7K pounds so nothing big enough to tow with. lucky I could jack one corner at a time and had enough timbers and logs to stack..

Yes not down to its belly so that was good.. Think I still have a photo of the tractor at kellyroadcamp.com

    Page -3

Kelly Road South Pond has not been fished in perhaps 40 years.. perhaps never.. some day I will find the time and perhaps catch a new Michigan record Bass.

Next week going to a Boy Scout camp on the Michigan south border..Last year I took top fish and won a fishing pole that I donated for next year..May win that same pole again this year.

I am the Knot Instructor.."Know Knots."

Why use a proper knot? So it can do it's job. So it can be untied, So an onlooker can recognize to know he/she can stake the job or one's life on it.

Mi Bass .. Smalley over 9lb, large mouth over 12Lb.. wow those are big fish..

To me my country is great because it is strong to support good in this world. We have a very strong military even thoug we have all voluntary conscription. I love to travel freely. My government has separations of powers which is anti king and dictator. The people here in general are very good although there are problems. Any law abiding citizen is allowed firearms to protect against criminals at least to have a chance. I wish to see my country strengthen the military , place Americans first that have fought and served "the families". That is very important our sacrifice for our friends and allies. If we can rebuild a advanced infrastructure and manufacture and innovate her I willl thank God and be a happy man. I stand beside her/statue of liberty, and Uncle Sam.that is my angle. When Americans have debated and fought amount themselves they reach a point where they will just fix something that is our way and all voices are heard for consideration

I've written it before but I'll write it again. if I was an American I'd want to be a Texan, although not for the reasons Spinit gave.

I've always found that Texans have been more proud of their state than others of theirs. Could be because it was won the way it was. When my wife and I visited the Alamo the atmosphere was unlike anything I've ever experienced in a "tourist spot". I literally could feel history. Many kids there and yet no yelling or behaving as kids normally do. I've been in noisier libraries

I live an hour from the capital and the views are like this. The walk to work goes through a similar forest, too. I only talk to people on weekends if I choose to.

Thanks, I think, but I thought that was inferred in what I wrote in my post. If I hadn't known the history probably wouldn't have gone there.

What I posted wasn't history. Probably better remembered from the movie than in your days of youth.

Btw isn't a cow the female version? It is here.

And maybe you should stick to writing about where you live (?) - China.

I'm sure that'll be much appreciated by Texans.

By the way, my family and myself have been to Erie and stayed a night. Can't even remember how many times I've been to Pa - but it's many. You might have to find a new state to live in now LOL

Hitch up your wagon and go west old timer Canada might be an option too. Ooops, been there too.

If the US made anything to export, that wouldn't be a setback What happened in England after Brexit devalued the pound ?

Ministry spinoff band from 1990. One of the things that makes my country great.

Actually, I live in 2 countries, and spend a lot of time in a third- and they are all great. As have been most of the 30-40 countries I have visited in my life. I could easily live in Italy, or Spain or France or Belgium, and would spend a year or two in Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Uruguay, Mexico, or Brazil.
And for me, Canada is a no-brainer. Just spent an incredible 10 days on Hornby Island, and if I could afford it, would probably have a little cabin up that way.

Qt:[Cow was a generic term for cattle, hence the name COWboy.]

The word is not Cow but Kow.. a very fast motorcycle..Nobody rides a Cow but i did meet a guy in Colorado who road a bull in rodeos. Yes it was tame bull that acted like a quarter horse.

Think they out-lawed men riding Cows in Denmark... Wait ? ... was that riding?

Think USA , Canada and Texas are the best countries..Agree Texas is not yet a country... but soon.

*Cant beat fishing, clean water , a cold beer and looking at the ladies sunbathing at the next cabin..Oh Canada.

Scottl what would you have to write about if I stopped? If you want a hobby find out how many posts you have either where you don't mention me or you do
