Aluminum blocks with flat bottom holes

I am looking for a quote on 2 aluminum blocks with flat bottom holes.
Please let me know your lead time as well.
Shipping to California.
Please use the metric dimensions.
Holes need to have 12-12.1 mm diameter. Cannot be smaller.

Do you need a truly flat bottom, or is this a part where the slightly crowned bottom from a 12mm square end mill would be acceptable.

What's wrong with running an endmill around the bottom to get it flat? (unless all you have is a BP)

Nothing at all. Just thinking of different options.

Beware trying to bore that deep with an on-size endmill. It can squeal and ruin the bore. DAMHIKT (from before my CNC days :cool:

).
