Default Custom shims - any reccomendations for a custom shape approx 2" dia, 12 thou thick?

I am looking for someone to make some custom shims - approx 100 of them (for now). The material could be stainless, plain steel or alloy, and I have a DXF file. I guess this is one for the water-jet guys?

Let me know if this is your game.

Where i work, we do similar in stainless, but the parts are either photo etched, or stacked and wire EDM'ed.

    Hey Dave,

I've made a lot of shims from brass and stainless steel. If you'd seriously like to have these made, PM me or give me a call at 727-535-9170. My wife and I own and run Rock's Precision Machining in Clearwater, Fl.. Google it if you wish. I can download .DXF files from email. I'm a noob at this forum but have been a machinist for damn near 40 years.

Send me an email with the dxf file and I'll give you a quote to wire edm them out. I do this type of thing quite often stacked and cut to print.
