Default Hard Chromed AR 15 BCG

Would anybody have a ball park cost to manufacture this bolt carrier if it is a pretty big order. It is 8620 tool steel Military spec. hard chrome plated. They are also made in Ion Bond Diamond Cut or Titanium Nitrate. If I am not posting on the right site please let me know what site to go to.

I think Ion Bond Diamond Cut and Titanium Nitride are coatings. I'm guessing they use 8620 so it can be case hardened. I'm not familiar with these guns, is this an assembly of several parts, or is that all one piece?

You can see 4 pcs in the pic.

Good luck trying to find someone with the capability to make these (at a good price) with open machine time for a new customer this year.

Do you just need the bolt carrier? Or the bolt assembly, and gas key as well?

You have to have automatic bar feeding and twin spindles to even think about competing on these...they are made 1000s at a time and sell wholesale to vendors for under $75.00 complete

Except that the current going rate is $400, it could cost you a lot to make a few and you'd still make money. They are unobtainium.
