RFQ For Aluminum Manifold Parts

Hello I have the following 3 manifold parts that i'm looking to have produced. Need 5 sets made, each set has the following

6 bottom covers. The 16 bores are to be M5 tapped.
Manifold - Bottom Cover v42.step - Google Drive

3 right bodies and 3 left bodies. The three threads on the front are 3/4-16 threads for compression nut to screw onto. It was taken from this adapter model here.

6 Riser bodies.

Parts were designed in fusion 360 as source. Standard tolerance and no special surface finish required.
 
I think you might want to redesign the dog clutch teeth in the body -- there are sharp inside corners down in there that would be very difficult to machine.

Finegrain, those parts don't need to have square corners, a radiused end mill would be fine.

This has not gone anywhere yet. For some reason I was not getting email notifications for pm's or replies. I will be following up with everyone in the next day or two.
 
i could not view without a download for a new viewer maybe you should post the drawings on the thread and you might has better results. I would help but qtys too low for us. Hope this helps.
 
Just to clarify, are you saying that you need 90 individual parts made?

You need 5 sets and each set has 18 components?
