Hi Everyone,

I have had great luck posting RFQ's here in the past, so here is another one.

Material - 6061-T6
Quantity - 24pcs of each outer diameter listed on the drawing (48 pcs total).
Package the 2 sizes separately. I don't care how they are packaged (2 boxes in 1 box are fine), so long as they are safe for shipping.
Please include shipping est. in your quote. Zip code 07825
Include est. turn around time in your quote.

Payment - I can do paypal, credit card, moneyorder, or mail you a check.

Might be my computer but you numbers could be a bit darker IMHO

If this is a " easy spacer", how come your OD tolerance is +-.0005 ?, but the tolerance on the hole through the spacer is +-.005 ?

+/- .0005" IS easy.

My point was his OD tolerance is 10 times great than the through hole tolerance, for a easy simple spacer?

So what if it is? Still easy. You don't know what its application is, or where it's going to fit, and what it's purpose is.

Would you ay the same if the OD tolerance was +/- .005" and the ID tolerance was +/- .050"? Who cares if it's a factor of 10 different. That means nothing to you or I, other than that's what we'd have to hold it to while machining.

Set a box tool and it'll hold it all day long on a simple hand turret lathe.

I wish I could, part diameter is too large for 5c collet.
