RFQ: Copper bus bars / heat sinks
I have a series of copper bus bars / heat sinks that I need manufactured, only I am unsure whether to have them machined or stamped.
The bus bars are out of 14 gauge 110 copper, measure approximatley .625" x 3.75" and have 5 holes down the length, with a diameter of 11/64 of an inch each.
If machined I would like these holes countersunk.
I would expect a yearly quantity of 20,000 pieces, but an initial amount of 1000 is all that is required.
There are a number of similar parts that also need to be manufactured, but this should do for now.
If anyone has the capabilities, or any reccomendations, I would appreciate it.
Thank you for your time,
Greg
