RFQ on drive wheels for belt grinder

Have a belt grinder I use that needs new wheels.
A set of 4 of them all made of T6
3 of them with bearings
First one is the Drive wheel to the motor and is 5" o.d 2" wide with recess for shaft, Bore shaft is .750
3 of the wheels are all the same size @ 2.250 wide and 2.875 o.d with a sealed bearing recessed into each end.
All have to be crowned for belt tracking and the edges radius not left sharp.
I will supply bearings and can supply Aluminum stock
I would buy from machinist depending on cost.
I only need one set of wheels at the moment.
I can press in all bearings.
I have no drawing but could provide pictures and dimensions.

What brand is this grinder if you dont mind me asking? I have a couple 6" drive wheels here with .750 bore wheels are 2.25" and do not have keyway cut yet. Pm me if interested.

Belt Sander wheels

Looking at about $300 plus material cost. Lead time about 3-4wks. I'll make models and drawings for you to verify dimensions, etc, and you can have a copy of the drawings for future reference if needed.

I can see what I have for aluminum chunks kicking around. I may have some on hand.
