RFQ - small 6061 shaft, turning & milling

I'd like a small shaft (just one) made out of 6061 aluminum. Tolerances are generally +/-0.002 inch. Largest diameter is 0.4 inch, total length is 1.615 inch. Will require turning three radii, chamfering the ends (45 degrees is OK, length tolerance is loose), then milling a flat on one end and three indexed flats on the larger end. The three larger flats are all the same dimensions, for a 60 degree index per side. Aligning the smaller flat and large flats isn't necessary but would make it look nicer. See this file for details. Note: I'm a FreeCAD beginner, so if I missed any dimensions let me know. I also realize that my length dimensions should probably all be referenced to a single point rather than their neighbors, but this is a non-critical application (a hobby project) so a bit of accumulated error is probably OK and I realize that's the risk I take. Contact via PM if interested please. Thanks!
