RFQ: Steel Shaft Adapters

I am looking to have 3 different shaft adapters made for a test set up.
2 4140 pieces

1 6061 piece



I am looking for 2 week delivery. I need the parts by June 9th.


I have tried to attached a good 2D drawing but this website has a file size restriction. Please PM me for a drawing.

Features:
4140:
Each part has a 5" flange with a bolt pattern.
One face has a pilot (+.0012 -0) and the other side steps down to 1.75". The parts 3" and 4" long.
Each has a tight tolerance (+0.0003" -0) on a press fit.
The longer shaft has a tight diameter for a bearing (+/- 0.0003") and a snapring groove

6061:
5 OD
2 75 mm pilots (-.0004",-.0016")
8 counter bored holes
8 10 threaded holes
