Hello,
I'd like 2 each of the attached drawings in 6061-T6 aluminum. The larger piece can be turned from 3.5" OD x .75" wall tubing or from solid stock. Your choice.
The mandrels need to be a slip fit to very light press fit into the stock. I will drill the hole pattern on my CNC mill. The center hole needs to be bored on the lathe.
All of the dimensions can be +.003/-0.000. The angles can be shallower by up to a degree but no steeper than specified.
