I have good quality prints and CAD models available for both these files, hopefully these images are enough to see if you are interested.

The toothed belt drive is not a profile that is available in blank form; its an automotive 9.525 profile. I'm wondering if the profile could actually be done on a 2-axis as the dia required is a shade over 3/16"

For the adapter part, I'm still unsure if I even need the keyway. Please quote this both with, and without the keyway.

Please quote Qty 5 and qty 10 on the toothed belt drive, and qty 10 and qty 20 on the adapters.
Material: 1045.

What about the 16 finish? How fussy will you be with that? That's a bit tricky to get on a lathe.

The 16 is for an oil seal diameter. I know it's right on the limit of a lathe, but I guess you could run it as best as possible. I've cleaned up plenty of seal diameters before using emery, so maybe touch it up this way?
