    Default RFQ: two keyways broached

I have a pulley and a pulley adapter that I need broached.

The adapter is 1020 steel and has a 3/16 key in a 5/8 bore.

The pulley is aluminum and has a 6mm key in a 35mm bore.

I just need one of each.

A local shop I work with loaned me the equipment to broach the keys.

FWIW, this was my first RFQ. I was only contacted by one person, and the price was pretty wild.

FWIW broaches and bushings aren't all that expensive. If you're going to continue doing this kind of work it might be time to start accumulating some...

I agree. I have access to a shaper also.

Well there you go! You'd better jump on this ewsley. Only a six month turnaround (if you get them back), but they'll be wrong. Why in the hell would anyone think this would be feasible!
