RFQ: Vintage Chainsaw Part(s)

I collect and restore vintage chainsaws in my spare time. One of my favorites is the Jonsered Raket XF - a gorgeous (in my opinion) Swedish made 1960's muscle car with 110 cc and some beautiful bodywork.

Anyway, some of these saws have lived a tough life, and most seem to have cracked or missing clutch covers. I'm interested in getting some reproductions - maybe 3D metal printing? I am active duty Army so my budget is somewhat limited. Also, a nice saw is going to run me about $600, so it doesn't make sense to spend $500 per clutch cover.

I don't have a 3D file of the part at this point.

Thanks!

Scott

Casting would be the cheapest. Would need any original part or mould of a part. Would have to make a few for it to be cost effective though.

Also 3d scam and print would work but would cost more I think.
