Hi everyone,

I am looking for a qty of 100 each of two sizes (so 200 total) but it will depend on the total spend. If there is a better yield at a different quantity the I am open to discussing. Bottom line, as always, is lowest cost per piece.

The cutter material is T1 High Speed Tool Steel (17% Tungsten) that is 1/8" thick. In the past the material has been sourced from planer blades. See this link:
25" x 1-1/4" x 1/8" T1-HSS Planer Knife Set of 4 - www.OellaSawAndTool.com

Perhaps you can better source the material.

There are two sizes of cutters needed. Both are just over 3/4" wide. One is 1.75" long the other is 1.5" long. Both cutters have about an 80 degree bevel on the outer profile. If this is possible to do with the water-jet great - otherwise I will have to grind them. I added tabs to each as I think this would be the best place for them but I will defer to your expertise.

Here is a photo of what they look like.IMG_1055.jpg
