Ring Gear Manufacturing

I'm looking for a source to produce a ring gear out of 4140 steel. It has 45 teeth, 12 DP, 20 PA, 3/4" wide face with an extra 1/4" lip on one side.

The gear form was generated in Gearotic but I couldn't output a CAD file, so I can't provide the exact dimensions for the tooth.

Tolerances:
OD +.000/-.010
Smooth ID +.000/-.010
Gear ID +.002/-.000
Gear face width +/- .010
Total Width +/- .010

Break edges on ring OD and ID

Finish on smooth surfaces: 64
Finish on gear teeth: Suitable for smooth gear meshing, 32?

Quantity: 10, 25 or 50 per month, quote all 3.

This is my first shot at specifying a gear to be manufactured, so I may be a little vague on a few things. Please let me know if you have any questions. I don't have a preference of how they are manufactured, whether using a shaper, CNC lathe, broach, Wire EDM, etc. No Chinese companies.

We got it worked out through PM.

We've changed our design to get away from a planetary setup. This part isn't needed any longer.
