Small additive manufacturing company in New England looking to expand supply chain machining capability. Most jobs are 3 axis, but 3+2 axis machining preferred. Plastics and composite machining experience a plus, but not required.

Aerospace grade parts, carbon loaded plastic. Neat net shapes that are prone to some warping after printing. Typical machining includes some facing operations, 3D milling, and hole drilling. Lot quantities anything from 5-10 to 100’s+. Work envelope can be anywhere in the size of 30x20x20. Looking to grow with another company and both develop processes that work for our proprietary material.

ISO 9001, AS 9100C, NADCAP preferred.

Any recommendations for machine shops in the area would be much appreciated.
