Small custom screws US suppliers only

I have attached drawings for two separate types of screws.
I need these quoted in quantities of 200 and 400 pcs.
The material is 12L14.
No finishing is required.
This RFQ Is open to US manufacturers only

As to the threads on both screws, no undercut is required,just get as close as possible

What does the 0.413 dimension in the first drawing apply too?
How deep do you want the 0.094 radius?
All the radii appears to be cosmetic, do you really need +/- 0.002 tolerance?

Sorry it took so long to respond I was out of the country.

The .413 dimension is the center to center of the .094 radius. The radius tolerances can be opened up to +-.005" however the screw diameter and head outside diameter need to be held within +-.002"

Just a helpfull hint here, you should place your centerlines in first, then dimension to them.

That way you always have the proper centerlines in place.
