I machine my own products, but find myself needing some wire EDM cut Ti parts.
Parts are roughly 2.5” x 3.5” x .5” and thin wall ~.125”. Tolerances are +/- .005 in most areas. Also need some holes drilled / tapped M1.2 as a second op or maybe I can do those myself after wire cutting.
Parts are U shaped and can be nested, but will have large amount of uncut stock areas.
Prefer vendor local to Seattle / Portland if possible.
Qty 500 parts - possibility for reorder approximately 2-4 months.
