Hi guys,
Been doing some of my own product development work and have hit slow spot on customer work.
Please PM me if a Socal shop can work for you.
Not terribly interested in getting involved in your product development (i.e. "do this one real cheap and 500pcs order MIGHT follow). Would appreciate a quantity greater than one.
Product experience includes Aerospace, molds, tool and die, recreational vehicles/ automotive, legal gun parts ect..
thanks

Equipment:
Okuma Macturn (turn-mill) X20*Z40 with 7.87” Y axis and .001° B axis
Mori Horizontal SH633 full fourth, CAT50/ 33"x29" ..coming online.
Haas 4 axis vertical mill 40x20

.....and then I get a package of lockheed parts to bid on:D:cheers:

with a two week lead time:nutter::ack2:

dying for work and considering a no-bid

Do you do work for Lockheed now?

No, occasional Boeing stuff. I just work for other shops with all the ISO/AS certs. Hard for a little guy to justify all paperwork and expense. Also hard to survive for 50% of what the job is worth. If local shops aren't overwhelmed, I die.
Just did the Nickel tour of this Lockheed contractor. They don't make huge stuff, but holy heck is it sophisticated work. Hardest of the hard Ti mill-turn work, crazy hog-outs.
Crossing my fingers i can knock some of it out for them.:D
