Wonder why they always paint those lines on tires of stuff used at ports? I would assume is it's just another visual reminder that the machine is moving but I don't know for sure.
Per the brochure the cwt is 45,000 lbs. The balance is 95,000 lbs. Capacity is 100,000 at 36 " load center.

My experience with Taylor machines is very good. Virtually no proprietary parts other than weldments. Easy to work on.
In the frigid north we paint those lines to see when a brake is frozen. Of the places I work, it is very common in Alaska. And since I've started working there, I've noticed it more and more in Minnesota.
