Tow Motor Forklift Year and model?

I have a clutch problem with this Tow motor forklift and do not know year and model.
Can someone help me with this. only number I have is A16610041. Tag must of been taken off
years ago to paint but not put back on It has a Dodge gas engine.

I don't know other than to tell you that on every Towmotor I've ever seen, the s/n is stamped on the front of the lift, kind of behind the mast.

If you just need a clutch, you should be able to remove it and take it to a clutch and brake place. They should be able to provide you with a replacement or rebuild your old one.
