Forklift stopped running - cranks, but acts like no fuel. Swapped tanks, no change. Seems to be a lot of back pressure in the propane line when I undo the tank...any feedback on what components to look at in the fuel system to troubleshoot?
I would shot some starter fluid in the intake and try to start it. If it pops then you probably have spark. then check the regulator.
I suggest this because it is easier to check spark then fuel.
First check for spark. If you have spark, try to get it to hit on ether. If it won't hit on ether, you are probably getting too much fuel, I've had that happen before.
Either way, if you have spark and fuel in the tank, it's almost got to be either the regulator/vaporizer or the electric fuel shut off.
