Hi all. We have a Mazak Qt 200 lathe that keeps giving a 221 turret unclamp sensor malfunction alarm. I have looked through other threads but haven't found anything. At first we thought it was the prox switch so we installed a new one but it still throws the alarm. I have checked the voltage from the power supply, through the pcb, and to the switch and it looks good. I'm wondering now if we might have an alignment issue. Any ideas or advise is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
